I just can't get my head around kids these days. These 6 girls took another girl into a house then videoed themselves beating the shit out of her. Not content with that, they then uploaded the video to myspace... and they expected no one to notice???

Apparently they're being tried as adults.
Babble Babble, Bitch Bitch, Rebel Rebel, Party Party, Sex Sex SEX and don't forget the VIOLENCE!

I don't agree with children being tried as adults. The should be tried and they should be, if convicted, sentenced according to the law and their age.

I'm not saying that they shouldn't be prosecuted, but I believe that all those "try them as adults" will only make the whole mess worse in the end. Harder harsher times will create more havoc and more violence in the end...that's what I believe anyway.

I think it depends on their age and the situation.

The boys who murdered Jamie Bulger - I think they were tried as adults due to the nature of what they did to the boy. The argument was that what they did to him they did in full knowledge of what would happen and therefore should be tried as someone with full awareness - ie an adult.

I believe they should be tried as adults...an eye for an eye...we have way to many juveniles getting away with everything...some do get tried as adults...but the majority I see do not...and they keep re-offending knowing they will get little if no time in some damn comfy juvenile detention facility.

This has been in the news over here for several days. I forget you guys get some of our news a little later than we do... lol.

I vote for the harshest prosecution they can come up with... But then I was once that beaten teen, so I know how she feels.

Sick, utterly sick. It worries me that my sisters are teenagers, I would hate for something that horrific to happen to them. How anyone can find it funny to cause pain to another person is beyond me.
