We keep hearing in Britain about how there's a severe housing shortage and those who can't afford to buy are struggling to be homed by the various housing associations, so I'm sure those of you who don't live in the UK can imagine how it feels when you find out that while UK people are suffering from this lack of housing, the government are using taxpayers money to give failed asylum seekers who agree to voluntary leave the UK £6,000 to help them build a new house or make repairs to their existing home back in their homeland.

It makes me laugh how our government is quick to dish out money to people from other countries, yet gods forbid if any of the people living in the UK need a helping hand. Actually it doesn't make me laugh, it makes me sick.
