Thanks - I see there's a total number of images shown, but no actual images, and of course blanks in posts they were used in.

Yes, I'm seeing that as well. But when I look in file directory, they're all where they should be so I'm not entirely sure what's causing the problem yet. Still working on it though!

Well it seems the official stance is "we don't know" The database holds all the images correctly, everything is where it should be but nothing is showing. the only thing I can suggest (while being a pain in the arse) is to delete your albums and start again
