After thinking a lot about IaBT of late, I came to the conclusion that things were a little too serious and heavy all the time - which wasn't what I wanted from the site when I opened it.

While I am pleased with the mature and adult nature of the discussions going on, I feel that the direction we were going was going to turn us into basically a RSS News Feed in forum format, so sat down and decided to have a fiddle with the forums to try and make it a little easier for everyone to be able to intermingle and chat, while still being able to have the serious discussions too! I hope I've achieved this.

I've removed the prefixes that were showing on each thread for the moment as from feedback I've had, people were finding them offputting and annoying. The only one I've left them switched on is the Just For Laughs forum to differentiate between jokes, quizzes and games.

Suggestions/feedback/ideas, as always, are welcome!

I like this a lot. Adds depth to the forum and should make it easier to know where to post something. And it's working already! I logged in today and found 50 new posts over the past 12 hours.

But that in itself kinda proves that the format wasn't working because it wasn't interesting you enough to involve yourself elsewhere
